Ecological tour using public transportation.
After riding the oldest tram of Portugal down to praia das Maçãs, we´ll hike for 8km along the cliffs of Cabo da Roca in touch with the Atlantic ocean visiting outstanding beaches, like praia da Adraga, where we´ll picnic for lunch. Finally, we reach Cabo da Roca, the place where the land ends and the ocean begins.
This is my favourite hike. Come and enjoy.
Rossio Train Station or optionally at your Hotel
We meet at the entrance at this historic and beautiful train station and take the train to Sintra. If you wish, we can meet earlier at your hotel.
We take the historic tram down to praia das Maçãs, where our beautiful hike starts.
From the westernmost point of the european continent we take the Bus back to Sintra, or optionally down to Cascais and from there back to Lisbon.
