I state you that I am totally responsible for your happiness and safety meanwhile you are in my care. My role is critical in your satisfaction tour and business needs. I am passionate and well known in every tour and information I provide, but, I am not perfect. if I don´t know the answer about some of your questions, I will be forthright about saying so and I will make an effort to get the answer before the end of the tour. But, if the answer is hard to get it... For sure, you will receive it in a few days later by e-mail. Please note that I also count with a Very Specialized Tour Guide Team. Each one has same and/or similar characteristics described above. Some of them will attend you if I had reserved myself by somebody else before or in case of illness, emergency or accident or any family problems. Hello to you all! First of all, thank you so much for stopping by and your interest in exploring the longest country in the world, Chile! Let me tell you that I was born and raised in Concepción, one of the rainiest cities in Southern Chile. I hold a B. A. Degree in Communications and Journalism, besides a Higher Education Diploma in Tourism Management and Sustainability. I decided to became a tour guide because I truly believe that the act of human communication is essential for making a better and more understanding world, which is why I put all of my passion into letting others know about Chile's history and the immense social and cultural richness of the southernmost country on the globe. During my 20's and after graduating from college, I spent time traveling and working overseas, particularly in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, but after seven years, I knew it was time to come home and I felt the duty to show the wonders of Chile to visitors from overseas. I sincerely take pride in my job as a tour guide because I play the role of ambassador to foreign travelers. I have an infectious enthusiasm and passion for literature, the performing arts, photography and nature. Regarding my background, I have over 10 years of experience working in the hospitality and tourism industry in both Chile and abroad. I have guided over 20, 000 people so far, not only in Chile, but also in the rest of South America and I haven't lost a single one!

“ Fun night out ”

This was a fun tour but pretty pricy. Tim was an excellent guide very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed the history of the different back alley ways. However the price quickly adds up as no food or beverages are included (we knew this and that we needed to pay for him as well). Tim orders for you so you don’t know the price until settling your bill. I would set a budget next time. It was our last night so we felt it was good fit.

“ Great Tour! ”

I booked this for my parents who were visiting Tokyo. Nobu was responsive and told me everything I needed to know so I could relay the information to my parents. My parents said he was very knowledgeable about the sites they were at and enjoyed the experience. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone that is interested in experiencing Mt Fuji!
