Day 01 : Transfer From Dar es Salaam to Selous and the afternoon Boat Game Drive

Depart from Dar es Salaam in the morning usually by road (domestic flights also available) and arrive at Selous Game Reserve in the afternoon.

Check-in at Ngalawa Safari Camp and enjoy a delicious lunch.

In the afternoon, embark on a boat game drive along the Rufiji River, which offers fantastic wildlife viewing opportunities, including hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species.

Return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 02 : Full Day Selous game drive

After breakfast, embark on a full-day game drive in Selous Game Reserve. The reserve is vast and teeming with wildlife, providing an excellent chance to spot elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and more.

Enjoy a packed lunch in the bush, allowing you to maximize your time for game viewing.

Explore different areas of the reserve, including diverse ecosystems like grasslands, woodlands, and wetlands.

Return to your accommodation in the late afternoon for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 03 : Morning Walking Safari, Check-outs and Departure

Start the day with a morning walking safari accompanied by experienced guides. Walking safaris provide a unique opportunity to observe wildlife up close and learn about the smaller details of the ecosystem.

After the walking safari, return to the lodge for breakfast.

Check out from the lodge and prepare for departure.

Depart from Selous Game Reserve and head back to Dar es Salaam, either by road or domestic flight, concluding your safari adventure.
