We had some fun experiences making lettuce and shrimp tempura from wax at Kappabashi Kitchenware Street.
It is 2500 yen per person and roughly speaking 40 minutes after you enter the shop but it is really like magic.
If you don't understand Japanese you need somebody to translate the instruction to you. So I'm here for that.
Even I was just interpreting, I was amazed how the wax liquid changed to a lettuce.
We also had some cold drinks with the pictures of the guests on them at Ginza. It was a nice break in the terrible heat of Summer.
